This policy is designed to respect both your time and the time of Jooj Neuromuscular.
1. Appointment Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee
- Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations
2. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice:
- You may be charged a no-show fee
- Future bookings may require prepayment
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive late:
- Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients
- The full session fee may still apply
4. Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of:
- Medical emergencies
- Severe weather
- Unforeseen urgent circumstances
